Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Finish Maker's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Services

Finish Maker provides white-label development services for marketing and SaaS agencies. Our services include:

• White-label website development
• AI voice agent setup and configuration
• Automation workflow development
• Complete growth system integration
• Post-launch support and maintenance

Project Requirements

To work with Finish Maker, your project must:

• Have a clear scope and requirements
• Be built on a supported platform
• Include access to necessary systems and assets
• Provide brand guidelines for white-label delivery

Payment Terms

• All quotes are fixed-price based on project scope
• 50% payment required upfront to begin work
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Additional work requires separate approval and payment
• Net 15 and Net 30 payment terms available for established agency partners

Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for all projects. While we strive to meet these deadlines, timelines may be affected by:

• Project complexity changes
• Client feedback and revision cycles
• Third-party service dependencies
• Force majeure events

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you retain all rights to your project code and assets. Finish Maker retains the right to use project work in portfolios and case studies (with client permission). All deliverables are branded under your agency's name with no Finish Maker branding visible to end clients.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or performance metrics.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for work completed to date.
